摘要
习近平总书记强调,城镇化是现代化的必由之路,新型城镇化建设已纳入党和国家的重大战略重点。京津冀协同发展已上升为国家战略,确定了河北“三区一基地”定位,其中之一便是“新型城镇化和城乡统筹示范区”。交通运输是联系地理空间和经济社会活动的纽带,城镇是点,交通是线,交通运输应当充分发挥以线带点、促点成面的重要作用。
Xi Jinping stressed that urbanization is the only way to modernization,and the construction of new urbanization has been included in the major strategic priorities of the Party and the state.The coordinated development of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region has become a national strategy,and Hebei has been identified as a"three regions and one base",one of which is a"demonstration area for new-type urbanization and urban-rural integration".Transportation is the link between geographical space and economic and social activities.Cities and towns are points and traffic are lines.Transportation should give full play to the important role of bringing points together by lines and promoting them to become areas.
