摘要
2型糖尿病是一种慢性代谢性疾病,与体内血糖和血脂含量的升高密切相关。其发生的根本原因是高糖高脂环境下产生的糖毒性和脂毒性影响了胰岛素的分泌。本文对近年来高糖高脂环境对胰岛β细胞的破坏机理的研究进展进行了综述,主要从线粒体氧化应激、内质网应激、炎症反应和胰岛素分泌功能损伤几方面进行阐述,以期对糖尿病的发生机理及治疗方面提供参考依据。
Type 2 diabete mellitus, one type of chronic metabolic diseases, is closely correlated with the increase of blood glucose and blood lipid contents in the body. It is critically due to the effect of glucotoxicity and lipotoxicity produced from high glucose and high lipid conditions on the insulin secretion. This paper reviewed the mechanism of pancreatic islet cells destruction caused by high glucose and high lipid, mainly focused on the mitochondrial oxidative stress, ER stress, inflammatory response and insulin secretion function damage, which would provide a reference for study and treatment of diabetes.
