摘要
为贯彻落实高职扩招政策,提高人才培养质量,结合医药卫生类高职院校实际情况,从确定入学考核方式、制订人才培养方案、分类实施教学活动、加强教育引导和管理服务等方面进行探讨,提出工作思路和措施,为医药卫生类高职院校在生源多样化背景下开展人才培养改革提供借鉴。
In order to carry out the policy of expanding enrollment in higher vocational education and improve the quality of personnel training,this paper combines with the actual situation of medical and health is higher vocational colleges,then probes into the aspects of determining the way of admission examination,formulating the scheme of personnel training,dividing the implementation of teaching activities,strengthening educational guidance and management service,and puts forward some working ideas and measures.By doing these,it provides reference for the reform of personnel training in higher vocational colleges of medical and health under the background of diversified student sources.
