摘要
目的探讨平衡功能对脑卒中恢复期患者双下肢深静脉血栓(DVT)发生的影响。方法回顾性分析239例脑卒中恢复期患者的临床资料。根据双下肢血管彩色多普勒超声诊断分为DVT组(69例)和非DVT组(170例)。比较两组临床资料和坐-立位平衡功能,logistic回归分析平衡功能对双下肢DVT发生的影响。结果立位平衡未建立的患者DVT发生率为60.87%(42/69)。DVT组年龄大于非DVT组,且两组立位平衡存在统计学差异(P<0.01)。立位平衡是脑卒中恢复期患者双下肢DVT发生的独立保护因素(P<0.05)。结论立位平衡未建立的脑卒中恢复期患者双下肢DVT发生率较高。立位平衡是双下肢DVT发生的独立保护因素,应尽早进行立位平衡康复训练。
Objective To explore the effect of balance function on the occurrence of lower limbs deep venous thrombosis(DVT)in stroke patients during recovery period.Methods The data of 239 stroke patients in recovery period were retrospectively analyzed,who were divided into DVT group(69 cases)and non-DVT group(170 cases)according to the diagnosis of color Doppler ultrasound of lower extremity vessels.The clinical data and sitting and standing balance functions of two groups were compared.The effect of balance function on the occurrence of lower limbs DVT was analyzed by logistic regression.Results The incidence of DVT in the patients without standing balance was 60.87%(42/69).The age of DVT group was older than that of non-DVT group(P<0.01).There was significant difference in standing balance between the two groups(P<0.01).Standing balance was an independent protective factor for the occurrence of lower limbs DVT in stroke patients in recovery period(P<0.05).Conclusion The incidence of the lower limbs DVT is higher in stroke patients without standing balance during recovery period and standing balance is an independent protective factor for the occurrence of lower limbs DVT,in whom rehabilitation training of standing balance should be carried out as soon as possible.
