三向正交机织碳/玻璃纤维混杂复合材料的模态分析

摘要 通过有限元法预测三向正交机织碳/玻璃纤维混杂复合材料的模态性能。为对比三向正交机织碳/玻璃纤维混杂复合材料的模态性能,制备了其他三种总体纤维体积含量相同但结构和纤维组分不同的复合材料(层合碳/玻璃纤维混杂复合材料、三向正交碳纤维复合材料、三向正交玻璃纤维复合材料)。首先建立了四种复合材料的单胞模型,基于均质化理论方法计算每种单胞模型模量;随后采用有限元软件建模输入单胞模型模量参数求得四种复合材料的固有频率;最后将有限元模拟得到的固有频率与试验固有频率进行比较,验证了有限元模型的有效性。研究发现,用数值试验方法来研究复杂纺织复合材料的模态行为是可行的。 The finite element method is used to predict the modal properties of three-dimensional orthogonal woven carbon/glass fiber hybrid composites. In order to compare the modal properties of three-dimensional orthogonal woven carbon/glass fiber hybrid composites, three other kinds of composites(carbon/glass fiber hybrid laminated composites, three-dimensional orthogonal carbon fiber composites, and three-dimensional orthogonal glass fiber composites) with the same total fiber volume content but different structure and fiber composition were prepared. Firstly, four single cell models of composites were established, and the modulus of each single cell model was calculated based on the homogenization theory method. Then, the finite element software was used to model and input the modulus parameters of the single cell model to obtain the natural frequencies of the four composites. Finally, the natural frequency obtained by finite element simulation was compared with the natural frequency obtained by experiment to verify the validity of the finite element model. It is found that it is feasible to study the modal behavior of complex textile composites by numerical test method.
