摘要
从绿色经济发展基础、可持续性、经济质量3个方面构建绿色经济发展评价指标体系,采用熵权TOPSIS法评价山东省绿色经济发展水平.研究表明:(1)山东省2020年各市绿色经济发展水平存在显著的区域差异,呈现出“东高西低”的空间格局;(2)山东省2013—2020年绿色经济发展水平显著提升,经济质量、可持续性在绿色经济发展中所发挥的作用逐渐增大.因此,为加快山东省绿色经济发展,山东省各地方政府需要建立健全绿色经济发展协同机制,发挥高等绿色经济发展水平地区对低等绿色发展水平地区的带动作用,以缩小山东省绿色经济发展水平的区域差异,推动山东省绿色经济全面发展.
Evaluation the level of economic green development and identification of regional heterogeneity of economic green development in Shandong Province are of great significance to promote the overall development of economic green economy in Shandong Province.In this paper,we construct the index system of green economic development from the basis of green economic development,sustainability and economic quality three aspects,and employ the entropy weight TOPSIS method to evaluate the level of green economic development in Shandong Province.The results show that:(1)there are significant regional differences in the green economic development level of cities in 2020,showing the phenomenon of"high in the east and low in the west";(2)The level of green economic development in Shandong Province improved significantly from 2013 to 2020,the level of green economic development increased rapidly after the 19th National Congress.In addition,economic quality and sustainability are playing an increasingly important role in green economic development.
