摘要 目的了解大学生对生命教育的认知情况,探讨高校开设生命教育的必要性和可行性。方法采用分层整群抽样的方法对来自多所高校不同年级的1946名在校大学生及研究生进行现况调查。调查内容包括一般社会人口学特征、广泛性焦虑量表(GAD-7)以及自编问卷内容。采用Excel 2016进行数据整理归纳,采用SPSS 26.0进行统计分析。结果本次调查共收集有效问卷1946份,未接受过生命教育的学生占57.91%,有95.58%的学生认为高校有必要开设生命教育课程进行教育。大学生对生命教育的知晓程度与性别、户籍、家庭环境、是否独生子女和父亲的文化程度相关,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。有64%的学生认为时有压力,而压力的来源主要是学习压力大、自身能力难以达到预期目标和就业前景不乐观。有457人曾出现过自杀或自伤现象,占比23.48%。有39.11%的大学生完全不了解生命教育,微博、微信等网络媒体是大学生对生命教育了解的主要途径。结论部分大学生的生命意识淡化,缺乏对生命的正确认知,尚未形成正确的生命价值观。高校应积极开展生命教育,创新教学方式,帮助学生树立正确人生观。 Objective To understand college students’cognition of life education and explore the necessity and feasibility of offering life education in colleges and universities.Methods A stratified cluster sampling method was used to investigate the current situation of 1946 college students and graduate students from different grades in many universities.The survey contents include general socio-demographic characteristics,generalized anxiety scale(GAD-7)and self-designed questionnaire.Excel2016 was used for data collation and induction,and SPSS 26.0 was used for statistical analysis.Results A total of 1946 valid questionnaires were collected in this survey.57.91%of the students had not received life education,and 95.58%of the students believed that it was necessary to set up life education courses in colleges and universities to carry out life education.College students’awareness of life education was correlated with gender,registered residence,family environment,whether they had only child or not and their father’s educational level,and the difference was statistically significant(all P<0.05).64% of the students think that there is pressure from time to time,and the main sources of pressure are high learning pressure,difficulty in reaching the expected goals and poor employment prospects.A total of 457 people have committed suicide or self-injury,accounting for 23.48%.39.11% of college students do not understand life education at all.Microblog,WeChat and other online media are the main ways for college students to understand life education.Conclusion Some college students’life consciousness is weakened,lack of correct cognition of life,and have not yet formed correct life values.Colleges and universities should actively carry out life education,innovate teaching methods,and help students establish the correct three views.
