摘要
目的:探讨磁刺激联合口腔感知觉训练在儿童语言发育迟缓中的应用价值。方法:选取我院儿童语言发育迟缓患儿126例,随机分为磁刺激组(经颅磁刺激)、感知觉训练组(口腔感知觉训练)、联合组(经颅磁刺激联合口腔感知觉训练),比较临床效果。结果:磁刺激组、感知觉训练组、联合组在临床疗效、言语功能、发育商、神经因子[脑源性神经营养因子(BDNF)、神经生长因子(NGF)]水平、口部运动功能上比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:磁刺激联合口腔感知觉训练可改善儿童语言发育迟缓,提高患儿言语功能及发育商,促进BDNF、NGF等神经因子表达,增强口部运动功能。
Objective:To explore the application value of magnetic stimulation combined with oral sensory training in children with language retardation.Methods:A total of 126 children with language developmental delay in our hospital were selected,and randomly divided into the magnetic stimulation group(transcranial magnetic stimulation),the sensory training group(oral sensory training)and the combination group(transcranial magnetic stimulation combined with oral sensory training).The clinical efficacy of the two groups were compared.Results:There were statistically significant differences in clinical efficacy,speech function,developmental quotient,nerve factor[brain derived neurotrophic factor(BDNF),nerve growth factor(NGF)]level and oral motor function inthe magnetic stimulation group,the sensory training group and the combination group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Magnetic stimulation combined with oral sensory training can improve children's language developmental delay,improve children's speech function and developmental quotient,promote the expression of BDNF,NGF and other neural factors,and enhance oral motor function.
