摘要
本文基于固相萃取-超高效液相色谱-串联质谱(SPE-UPLC-MS/MS)联用,同时测定水体中5类(SAs、FQs、MAs、TCs、BLs)39种抗生素的分析方法。水样经固相萃取柱HLB富集,UPLC-MS/MS测定,使用内标法定量。在优化的分析条件下,39种抗生素分别在0.5~100 ng/mL、1.0~100 ng/mL或5.0~100 ng/mL范围内线性良好,检出限(LOD)在0.01~1.25ng/L之间,加标回收率在41.9%~102%之间,相对标准偏差(n=6)在0.5%~7.9%之间。
A method based on solid phase extraction-ultra performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry(UPLC-MS/MS)was established for the simultaneous determination of 39 antibiotics in 5 categories(SAs、FQs、MAs、TCs、BLs)in water.Water samples were enriched and concentrated by the HLB solid phase extraction column,detected with UPLC-MS/MS and quantitative analysed by the internal standard method.At the optimal conditions,39 antibiotics showed good linearity within 1.0~500 ng/mL,1.0~100 ng/mL or 5.0~100 ng/mL.The detection limits were 0.01~1.25 ng/L.Recoveries ranged from 41.9%to 102%with relative standard deviations of 0.5%~7.9%(n=6).
