摘要
在火箭发动机环境试验中,发动机伺服的状态对喷管以及其他部件的环境响应存在着影响。通过说明上述影响的具体表现形式,给出某发动机地面低频振动环境试验中,不同伺服状态下(锁止、非锁止)喷管响应,并对其成因给出分析。发动机伺服机构锁止状态下,系统整体一阶谐振频率、响应大小均高于非锁止状态。由此,发动机系统环境考核试验应在伺服系统锁止状态下进行,以得到充分考核。
In the environmental test of rocket engine, the state of engine servo has influence on the environmental response of nozzle and other components. The concrete manifestation of the above influence is mainly explained. The response of nozzle under different servo conditions(locked and unlocked) is given in the ground low frequency vibration environment test of an engine, and the causes are analyzed. When the engine servo mechanism is locked, the first-order resonance frequency and response of the whole system are higher than that of the non locked state. Therefore, the environmental assessment test of engine system should be carried out under the condition of servo system locking to get full assessment.
