摘要
简要介绍了中国现有高空起动3m直径氢氧动力系统方案,并与国外高空起动氢氧级进行对比。回顾了3m氢氧模块动力系统技术改进的历程,基于CZ-3A系列火箭原有三子级动力系统,针对新一代CZ-7A火箭三子级的特点,完成了三子级增补压控制策略、射前增压管路预冷、长时间滑行以及氢紧急排气方案等一系列技术改进,并逐步应用于CZ-7A、CZ-3A及CZ-8火箭末级的动力方案统型,现已发展为用于3个型号的通用化模块。鉴于中国新一代火箭已逐渐成熟,以CZ-7A氢氧末级发展为牵引,给出了中国高空起动氢氧动力系统后续发展方向建议,提出了使用YF-75D发动机的氢氧动力发展思路。
The propulsion system of the 3m hydrogen/oxygen cryogenic upper stage in China is briefly introduced,and a detailed comparison with foreign hydrogen/oxygen cryogenic upper stages is given.Based on the original cryogenic upper stage of CZ-3A series vehicles,and considering the characteristics of CZ-7A vehicle,technical improvements of considering the characteristics of 3m hydrogen considering the characteristics of oxygen cryogenic upper stage are reviewed.Numerous technical improvements,such as pressurization control strategy,gas venting technology before pressurization,longtime duty cycle,and hydrogen emergency venting system,are explored and gradually applied to the upper stage of CZ-7A,CZ-3A and CZ-8 rockets.Thus,developing a general 3m cryogenic upper stage for China.Along with the mature of the new-generation rockets in China,taking CZ-7A upper stage as the traction,some suggestions are present,and the hydrogen-oxygen cryogenic upper stage used double YF-75D engines is put forward for the future direction.
