摘要
为了给自然发火煤层工作面选择适宜通风方式提供依据,分别选取W形、U形和Y形通风方式,构建了采空区数值模型,采用FLUENT软件进行解算,探讨了不同通风方式条件下采空区氧气和瓦斯的分布规律,得出了采空区氧气和瓦斯浓度分布规律及漏风情况;基于此,以氧气浓度作为划分指标,对采空区自燃“三带”进行了划分。研究表明:相同风量下,不同通风方式的漏风率大小为Y形>U形>W形,采空区漏风量越大,自燃带宽度越大;对于防治自燃,建议优先选择W形通风,但同时应重点关注工作面回风巷口处瓦斯浓度;对于防治瓦斯,建议优先选择Y形通风,可以更有效地解决上隅角瓦斯超限问题,但回风巷应作为瓦斯治理重点对象。
In order to provide the basis for selecting the appropriate ventilation mode for the working face of spontaneous combustion coal seam,the W-shaped,U-shaped and Y-shaped ventilation modes were selected respectively,and the numerical model of the goaf was constructed.The distribution laws of oxygen and gas in goaf under different ventilation modes were discussed,and the distribution laws of oxygen and gas concentration and air leakage in goaf wre obtained,which was calculated by FLUENT.Based on this,the three zones of spontaneous combustion in goaf were divided,which takes oxygen concentration as the division index.The results show that:the air leakage rate of different ventilation modes under the same air volume is Y-shaped>U-shaped>W-shaped;the greater the air leakage in goaf,the greater the width of spontaneous combustion zone;it is suggested for the prevention and control of spontaneous combustion that the W-shaped ventilation should be preferred,but at the same time,the gas concentration at the return airway of the working face should be focused on;it is suggested for the prevention and control of gas that priority should be given to Y-shaped ventilation,which can solve the problem of gas overrun in the upper corner more effectively,but the return airway should be the key object of gas control.
