摘要
对于集中煤柱与采空区下松软煤层复合顶板大采高开采工作面,其煤壁及顶板稳定性较差,开采过程中经常发生煤壁片帮、架前冒顶事故。以新元煤矿9104工作面为研究对象,采用现场实测、数值模拟、观察统计等方法对复合顶板大采高工作面在集中煤柱与采空区下矿压规律进行研究,结果表明:(1)集中煤柱区下支架压力严重偏低,顶板来压极不明显,煤壁片帮与顶板漏冒严重;采空区下工作面支架压力较高,顶板来压十分明显,安全阀开启频繁,煤壁与顶板完整性相对较好;(2)集中煤柱下顶板峰值应力集中系数为1.53~1.92,平均为1.65,集中煤柱边缘区下、采空区下平均顶板应力降幅分别达到82.2%、95.7%。
For the large mining height mining face with composite roof of concentrated coal pillar and soft coal seam under goaf,the stability of coal wall and roof is poor,and coal wall caving and roof falling in front of frame often occur in the mining process.Taking the 9104 working face of Xinyuan coal mine as the research object,the ground pressure law of the large mining height working face with composite roof under the concentrated coal pillar and goaf is studied by using the methods of field measurement,numerical simulation and observation statistics.The results show that:(1)the support pressure under the concentrated coal pillar area is seriously low,the roof incoming pressure is not obvious,and the leakage of coal wall and roof is serious.The support pressure of the working face under the goaf is high,the roof incoming pressure is very obvious,the safety valve is opened frequently,and the integrity of coal wall and roof is relatively good;(2)The peak stress concentration factor of roof under concentrated coal pillar is 1.53-1.92,with an average of 1.65,the average roof stress under the edge of concentrated coal pillar and goaf decreased by 82.2%and 95.7%respectively.
