摘要
新规范JTS 158—2019《油气化工码头设计防火规范》要求低温液化烃码头建设集液池。目前水运工程领域针对集液池设置尚无形成成熟的工程经验,不同工程技术人员对其理解和设置都不相同。针对LNG码头集液池设置位置、容积、开口尺寸设计不统一的问题,调研国内外标准规范和不同做法,提出了具有可操作性的解决技术路线和计算方法。并将其应用于工程实际算例中,得出定量和定性分析结论,验证了技术路线和计算方法的可行性,为国内其他液化烃码头集液池设计提供有益的借鉴和参考。
It is requested in the Code for Fire Protection Design of Oil&Gas and Chemical Terminals(JTS 158-2019)that an impounding basin should be built for low-temperature liquefied hydrocarbon terminals.At present,there is no mature engineering experience in building impounding basins in the field of water transportation engineering,and different engineers have different understanding and ways of setting-up of the impounding basins.This paper focuses on issues that the location,volume and opening size of LNG terminal impounding basins are not uniform in designs and proposes operable technical routes for solution and calculation methods after study and investigation of codes and standards and different practices both at home and abroad.The proposed technical routes and calculation methods are then applied to practical engineering calculations and conclusions of quantitative and qualitative analysis are achieved,thus verifying the feasibility of the proposed technical routes and calculation methods and providing a useful reference for the design of impounding basins for other liquefied hydrocarbon terminals in China.
