摘要
随着落实我国玉米生产供给侧改革、因地制宜推行“粮改饲”的发展要求,粮饲兼用型玉米受到了农户、青贮加工及养殖企业的青睐,成为当前玉米种植的一个新方向。高产、优质、多抗粮饲兼用玉米种质资源创新与新品种选育研究,具有十分重要的意义。通过借鉴相关文献资料,并结合育种实践,对粮饲兼用玉米的品种特性、育种目标、种质资源创新及品种选育方面进行了分析。提出了在粮饲兼用玉米新品种选育中,要重视PN78599和旅大红骨种质的改良与利用;在选系过程中,要注重大群体、高密度选择,异地筛选,抗性鉴定,测用结合等选育策略。
With the implementation of the supply-side reform of maize production in our country and the implementation of“GRAIN-TO-FEED”development requirements in accordance with local conditions,maize for both grain and forage has been favored by farmers,silage processing and breeding enterprises,and has become a new direction of corn cultivation.The research of germplasm resources innovation and new varieties breeding of high yield,high quality,multi-resistant grain and forage maize is extremely vital significant.By referring to the related literature and combining with the breeding practice,this paper analyzed the variety characteristics,breeding objectives,germplasm resources innovation and variety breeding of maie for both grain and forage.It was presented that the improvement and utilization of PN78599 and Luda Red Bone germplasm resources should be emphasized in the breeding of new maize varieties for both grain and forage,and that the breeding strategies such as large population and high density selection,screening in different locations,resistance identification,combination of test and application and so on should be emphasized in the process of inbred line selection.
