摘要
中西医结合治疗帕金森病(PD)是目前该领域研究的热点和重点,而分期治疗是中西医结合治疗的唯一切入点,也是指导临床中西医结合治疗PD的突破点,其研究意义的重要性尤为突出。文章对PD分期治疗进行归纳,建议早期PD单纯使用中医药治疗,到疾病中晚期后可采取中西医结合治疗。不仅解决了长期以来困扰着人们过早使用西医抗PD药物带来的各种不良反应,而且很大程度的提高了临床治疗有效率。
Treatment of Parkinson’s disease(PD) with integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine is the hot spot and focus of current research. Staged treatment seems to be the only entry point for integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment, and also a breakthrough point to guide clinical treatment of PD with great importance. This article summarized the treatment of Parkinson’s disease by stages: early PD could be treated with traditional Chinese medicine alone,while in the middle and late stages of the disease, integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine was preferred. It not only reduced various adverse reactions in the premature use of anti-PD drugs of western medicine, but also improved the efficacy of clinical treatment.
