摘要
为了评估某型号220 kV高压气体绝缘开关设备的三相组合复合套管在实际运用中的抗震性能,将3根复合套管与分相节,支撑绝缘子,端盖和支撑钢架安装到地震模拟振动台上,根据IEEE693规范,在高抗震设计等级下进行模拟测试。通过对设备抗震前与抗震后的性能测试对比(工频干耐受电压,局部放电测试和气密试验),验证试样在振动试验后,能否正常带电运行。结果表明,套管设备在X,Y,Z方向上峰值加速度分别为0.5 g,0.5 g和0.4 g的人工波作用下,振动试验前后性能测试结果接近,满足标准要求,表明套管在振动试验中安全可靠。
In order to evaluate the seismic performance of the three-phase composite bushings of 220kV gas insulated switchgear in practical application,3 composite bushing,a split model,an insulator,a cover and support structure was installed on a shake-table platform.According to IEEE 693,the simulation test was carried out under the high seismic design level,compared the performance tests of equipment before and after earthquake resistance(dry power-frequency voltage withstand,partial discharge test and tightness test),Verify whether the test object can operate normally after vibration test.The results showed that under the action of artificial waves with peak accelerations of 0.5g,0.5g and 0.4g in the X,Y and Z directions,the composite bushings were not damaged.The performance test results before and after the vibration test were close,which meet the standard requirements.It shows that the bushing is safe and reliable in vibration test.
