基于空间插值法的台州市雷电灾害综合易损性区分级评定方法

摘要 为了评定台州市各地区的雷电灾害综合易损性等级,依据空间插值法较优的空间现象区分性能,提出基于空间插值法的台州市雷电灾害综合易损性区分级评定方法。利用改进的灰色关联度分析法,优化关联度,构建雷电灾害综合易损性评价指标体系;无量纲化处理指标数据,提升评定的精准性;通过熵值法确定处理后的指标权重;采用反距离加权插值算法结合指标权重,得到综合易损性预测值,依据雷电灾害综合易损性区分级评定标准,区分易损性等级。实例分析结果表明所研究方法可有效评定台州市雷电灾害综合易损性区分级。台州市存在两个极高易损性区域,两个高易损性区域,两个一般易损性区域,两个低易损性区域,一个极低易损性区域,综合易损性较高的地区主要集中在中部。台州市的雷电灾害综合易损性整体等级稍高,易发生雷电灾害。 In order to evaluate the comprehensive vulnerability level of Taizhou City, according to the better spatial phenomenon differentiation performance of spatial interpolation method, a classification evaluation of comprehensive vulnerability area of lightning disaster in Taizhou City based on spatial interpolation method is proposed.Use the improved gray correlation degree analysis method to optimize the correlation degree, and construct the lightning disaster comprehensive vulnerability evaluation index system.The index data is processed dimensionlessly to improve the accuracy of evaluation.The entropy method is used to determine the index weight after processing.The inverse distance weighted interpolation algorithm is used to combine with the index weight to obtain the comprehensive vulnerability prediction value, distinguish the different vulnerability level.The experimental results show that the method can effectively evaluate the comprehensive vulnerability area classification of lightning disaster in Taizhou City, and there are two extremely high vulnerability areas, two high vulnerability areas, two general vulnerability areas, two low vulnerability areas, and one extremely low vulnerability area in Taizhou.Areas with high comprehensive vulnerability are mainly concentrated in the middle area.The overall comprehensive vulnerability level of lightning disasters in Taizhou City is slightly higher, which is easy to cause lightning disasters.
