摘要
文中对房地产景观规划原则进行了概述,分析了房地产景观设计的现状,分别从景观前期策划、全设计品质和成本控制等方面,提出了房地产景观设计全程化管理的有效途径,并对各景观空间设计要点进行了详细介绍。
In this paper, the principles of real estate landscape planning are summarized, the current situation of real estate landscape design is analyzed, and the effective ways of the whole process management of real estate landscape design are put forward from the aspects of landscape preliminary planning, overall design quality and cost control, and the key points of landscape space design are introduced in detail.
