车载通信系统用小型化防火光电复合缆的研制

Development of Miniaturized Fireproof Optical and Electrical Hybrid Cable for On-Board Communication System

摘要 为满足车载通信系统对配套电缆较高的综合要求,展开了车载通信系统用小型化防火光电复合缆的自主研发。该光电复合缆通过小型化结构设计、多应力作用下光电传输性能设计、抗拉强度设计、防火性能设计,实现了外径10.3 mm、抗拉强度2 000 N、抗压强度2 000 N/(10 cm)、短暂耐火900~1 000℃、可反复收放和各类环境应力作用下光电传输性能优异。该光电复合缆的成功研制为我国有耐火特殊要求的车载通信系统发展提供了支撑。 In order to meet the higher comprehensive requirements for supporting cables of the on-board communication system,the independent research and development of the miniaturized fireproof optical and electrical hybrid cable for the on-board communication system has been carried out.Through miniaturized structure design,optical and electrical transmission performance design under multi stress,tensile strength design and fireproof performance design,the optical and electrical hybrid cable has achieved the outer diameter of 10.3 mm,tensile strength of 2 000 N,compressive strength of 2 000 N/(10 cm),transient fire resistance of 900~1 000 ℃,repeated retraction and release,and excellent optical and electrical transmission performance under various environmental stresses.The successful development of the optical and electrical hybrid cable provides support for the development of on-board communication system with special requirement of fire resistance in China.
