摘要
中医药现代化创新发展面临若干困境,其中中医理论研究中的方法论“错位”问题比较突出。中医理论深受中国传统文化和哲学思想影响,寻找适合中医理论特点的发展创新方式,是当下亟待解决的关键科学问题。通过分析体用哲学视域下中医理论的研究现状及存在问题,从研究对象、研究目标、研究内容等方面对中医理论创新发展的研究思路进行剖析,为实现中医理论体系的规范化和现代化发展提供历史的、思想的借鉴,在更高的层面使中医理论的历史认知与现代诠释达到整合统一。
The modernization and innovative development of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) is faced with several difficulties,among which the problem of methodology ‘dislocation’ in the theoretical research of TCM is more prominent.The TCM theory is deeply influenced by Chinese traditional culture and philosophy. At present,it is a key scientific problem to find the development and innovation way suitable for the characteristics of TCM theory. By analyzing the research status and existing problems of TCM theory from the perspective of noumenon and expression philosophy,the research ideas of the innovation and development of TCM theory from the aspects of research object,research goal and research content,so as to provide historical and ideological reference for the standardization and modernization of TCM theory system are analyzed. At a higher level,the historical cognition and modern interpretation of TCM theory can be integrated and unified.
