高校思政课“对分课堂”教学探索与实践

摘要 “对分课堂”教学模式运用于高校思政课教学,不仅明显促进了师生沟通和交流,而且在很大程度上实现了“教师主导、学生主体”的课堂教学理念的转变,调动了学生参与课堂教学的主动性,还在一定程度上培养了学生的“4C”核心素养和探究性学习的能力,切实关注了学生个体之间的差异和不同层次学生学习发展需求。但亦存在小组内的生生互动受教室桌椅的摆放格局影响较大、精讲留白对教师统筹教学内容能力要求高、更适用于小班化教学等问题与不足。 The application of the“split class”teaching model in the teaching of ideological and political courses in colleges and universities has not only significantly promoted the communication and exchange between teachers and students,but also to a large extent realized the transformation of the classroom teaching concept of“teacher led,student centered”,mobilized the initiative of students to participate in classroom teaching,and also to a certain extent cultivated students’“4C”core literacy and the ability of inquiry learning.Close attention should be paid to the differences between individual students and the learning development needs of students at different levels.However,there are also some problems and shortcomings in the interaction between students and students in the group,such as being greatly affected by the arrangement of desks and chairs in the classroom,high requirements on teachers’ability to plan the teaching content and being more suitable for small class teaching.
