The Logic of the Innovation of Ideological and Political Course in Higher Vocational Colleges under the Background of“Improving Quality and Cultivating Excellence”

摘要 “提质培优行动计划”要求向思政课要质量,高职院校思政课内涵式发展成为基本方向,也是高职院校思政课创新的价值取向。高职院校思政课创新应立足于“提质培优”的背景,从起点逻辑、价值逻辑、理论逻辑和实践逻辑四个维度分析思政课创新的必要性和可行性。从起点逻辑中厘清高职院校思政课的类型定位、立德树人任务、制度规约;价值逻辑涵盖以质图强、提质培优、增值赋能;从理论逻辑分析理论基础、理论动力和理论指向;从实践逻辑论述阵地建设、理念转变、创新模式、协同共建。“提质培优”背景下的高职院校思政课创新既符合思政课创新的一般规律,又彰显职业教育特点,更是思政课落实立德树人根本任务的关键环节。 The action plan of“improving quality and cultivating excellence”requires the ideological and political course to be of high quality,and the connotation-based development of ideological and political course becomes the basic direction,which is also the value orientation of the innovation of ideological and political course in higher vocational colleges.The innovation of ideological and political course in higher vocational colleges should be based on the background of“improving quality and cultivating excellence”,and its necessity and feasibility should be analyzed from four dimensions of starting point logic,value logic,theoretical logic and practical logic.The type orientation,the task of establishing morality and cultivating people and the system stipulation of the ideological and political course in higher vocational colleges should be clarified in the starting point logic.Striving for strength through quality,improving quality,and increasing value should be covered in the value logic.The theoretical basis,motivation and direction should be analyzed in the theoretical logic.The position construction,concept transformation,innovation mode and collaborative construction should be discussed in the practical logic.It not only conforms to the general law of innovation in the ideological and political science class,but also highlights the characteristics of vocational education,and is also a key link in the vocational education ideological and political science class.
