摘要
伴随我国快递业蓬勃发展,快递业务量井喷式增加给末端配送带来巨大压力。利用科学算法对快递网点进行配送路径优化,可以解决其配送效率低下和成本过高等问题。为解决因管理模式转变和配送人员变动带来的个人配送区域划分混乱、配送路径规划不合理等问题,实地调查某快递分部配送现状并利用节约里程法对其配送路径进行优化。研究表明,在满足配送车辆最大里程数和装载量的前提下,重新划分个人配送区域和路径,可以提高配送效率,并降低配送成本。
In order to solve the problems caused by changes in management mode and courier staffing, including the unclear division of distribution area and unreasonable distribution path planning, etc., we conducted a field investigation on the current status of an express branch, and used the mileage saving method to optimize the distribution path. The research showed that on the premise of meeting the maximum mileage and loading of delivery vehicles, by rearranging individual distribution area and path, we could improve the distribution efficiency and reduce the distribution cost.
