校准用回流式气溶胶风洞发生喷嘴布置的研究

摘要 对于回流式气溶胶风洞,气溶胶发生器的喷嘴位置对管道中颗粒分布的均匀性及采样误差起到关键作用。针对发生喷嘴分别位于第一回流段、风扇上游段、风扇下游段和第二回流段四种情况,进行两相流仿真分析及实验验证。结果表明,当喷嘴位于第一回流段或风扇上游段时,颗粒经过风扇的搅拌掺混,在工作段内浓度分布较为均匀,采样误差在4%左右;而当喷嘴位于风扇下游段时,由于缺乏掺混措施,浓度偏差较高,采样误差为8.5%;当喷嘴位于第二回流段时,由于距离采样截面更近,颗粒扩散不充分,采样误差提高至14.4%。 For the reflux aerosol wind tunnel,the nozzle position of the aerosol generator plays a key role in the particle distribution uniformity and sampling error.Two-phase flow simulation analysis and experimental verification were carried out for the four situations where the nozzle was located respectively in the first reflux section,the upstream section of the fan,the downstream section of the fan and the second reflux section.The results show that when the nozzle is located in the first reflux section or the upstream section of the fan,the particles are stirred and mixed by the fan,the concentration distribution is more uniform in the working section,and the sampling error is about 4%;However,when the nozzle is located in the downstream section of the fan,the concentration deviation is relatively high and the sampling error is 8.5%due to the lack of mixing measures;When the nozzle is located in the second reflux section,the sampling error is increased to 14.4%due to the closer distance to the sampling section and insufficient particle diffusion.
