摘要
积极心理资本对青少年心理健康和成长成才的作用不可估量,家庭环境对青少年积极心理资本的培育影响深刻。对初一到高三年级学生的2479份有效问卷分析发现,青少年整体积极心理资本水平较高,不同年级青少年得分在心理资本的不同维度上有差异。父母文化程度、家庭经济水平对青少年积极心理资本有积极影响,其中,母亲文化程度影响较大。是否离异家庭、独生子女、留守儿童等对青少年积极心理资本也存在一定影响。在社会调研、成因分析的基础上,提出了通过改良父母榜样环境、家庭成长环境、家庭物质环境、家庭心理环境等策略,助力青少年积极心理资本的提升。
Positive psychological capital plays an inestimable role in the mental health and growth of adolescents,and family environment has a profound impact on the cultivation of positive psychological capital of adolescents.The analysis of 2479 valid questionnaires of students from grade one to grade three found that the overall level of positive psychological capital of adolescents was high,and the scores of teenagers in different grades were different in different dimensions of psychological capital.Parents’educational level and family economic level have a positive impact on teenagers’positive psychological capital,among which mothers’educational level has a greater impact.Divorced families,only children and left-behind children also have a certain impact on teenagers’positive psychological capital.On the basis of social research and cause analysis,this paper puts forward strategies to improve the positive psychological capital of teenagers by improving the parent model environment,family growth environment,family material environment and family psychological environment.
