摘要
金融支持在助推农村经济发展,实现乡村振兴中发挥着重要作用。我国一向非常重视乡村振兴的作用,乡村振兴是实现先富带后富庄严承诺的必由选择。与此同时,金融是经济发展过程中不可缺少的原动力,更应给予乡村振兴大力支持。黑龙江省金融在助推乡村振兴实施中还存在着金融机构数量不足、金融市场结构失衡、金融服务模式单一等困境。在黑龙江省乡村振兴的实践中,通过规范农村政策环境、创新金融产品、积极推进金融服务体系的改革完善等途径,巩固拓展脱贫攻坚成果,助力黑龙江省农村经济发展,实现乡村振兴。
Financial support plays an important role in boosting rural economic development and realizing rural revitalization.China attaches great importance to rural revitalization,which is the only choice to fulfill the solemn commitment of“encouraging those having got prosperous first to help others catch up”.At the same time,finance is an indispensable driving force in the process of economic development and should provide substantial support for rural revitalization.In the process of boosting rural revitalization,Heilongjiang Province’s finance still faces difficulties such as insufficient financial institutions,unbalanced financial market structure and single financial service model.In the practice of rural revitalization in Heilongjiang Province,it is necessary to standardize the rural policy environment,innovate financial products,actively promote the reform and improvement of the financial service system,consolidate and expand the achievements of poverty alleviation,help rural economic development and achieve rural revitalization.
