摘要
香蕉茎杆是一种低成本产量高的生物质废弃物,其热解产物具有高值化利用的潜力。利用热重分析仪和傅里叶红外光谱仪,并结合多升温速率法和分峰拟合法研究了香蕉茎杆的热解过程。通过失重曲线发现,热解的主要温度范围为160~370℃。高温逸出气的红外光谱图表明,当温度到达约310℃时,逸出气体种类最丰富,浓度最高。多升温速率法计算得出香蕉茎杆的热解活化能为169~321 kJ/mol。分峰拟合法计算得出半纤维素分解、纤维素分解、木质素分解和残余物深度炭化的拟合峰活化能约为174 kJ/mol、176 kJ/mol、280 kJ/mol和365 kJ/mol。
Banana stem is a low-cost and high-yield biomass,and its pyrolysis products have the potential for high-value utilization.Thermogravimetric analyzer and Fourier infrared spectrometer were used to study the pyrolysis process of banana stems.Besides,the multi-heating rate method and multi-peak fitting method was used for kinetic analysis.It was found that the main decomposition zones was 160~370℃.The types of evolved gas were the most abundant at about310℃.On the basis of multi-heating rate method,activation energy of banana stem was 169~321 kJ/mol.On the basis of multi-peak fitting method,activation energy of four simulated peaks(hemicellulose,cellulose,lignin and the deep degradation of the remains)were 174 kJ/mol,176 kJ/mol,280 kJ/mol and 365 kJ/mol.
