摘要
中国共产党领导中国人民实现了第一个百年奋斗目标,现阶段是向第二个百年奋斗目标迈进的关键时期。新时代,农村经济社会发展具有新特点,显示出新走向。农村基层党组织工作在农村第一线,党内政治文化的弘扬、党员干部政治素养的提升、政治引领机制的完善是农村基层党组织政治建设的三个维度。农村基层党组织的政治建设属于中国话语体系,加强农村基层党组织的政治建设有利于提升广大村级干部的工作能力、提升乡村治理水平,能够促进乡村整体发展。
Rural grass-roots party organizations are located in the front line of rural work.This stage is a critical period for China to achieve the first Centennial goal and move towards the second Centennial goal.Rural economic and social development also has new characteristics and trends.The political construction of rural grass-roots party organizations is regarded as a growing dynamic process in order to improve the rural governance level of the majority of village cadres.At present,building a long-term and stable rural grass-roots party organization of the Communist Party of China has gradually walked out of a path with Chinese discourse system to promote the overall development of the three dimensions of political culture,temper political literacy and improve political mechanism.
