废水硬度去除方法的比较及应用

摘要 当前,我国很多行业排放的废水多为高盐、高硬度废水,如果不有效去除废水的硬度,就会囤积大量水垢,对生产设备、管道等产生腐蚀、堵塞,轻则影响生产,重则会引起锅炉爆炸等重大安全事故。水质的硬度是污水处理工艺方案中的重要指标,会影响污水处理工艺方案设计的合理性,特别是作为中水回用工艺中不可忽视的参数,控制好废水硬度的指标至关重要。 At present, the wastewater discharged by many industries in our country is mostly high salt and high hardness wastewater.If the hardness of the wastewater is not effectively removed, there will be a large amount of scale, production equipment, pipeline corrosion, congestion, light affect the normal production, heavy is prone to cause boiler explosion and other major safety accidents. At present, the hardness of water quality is also an important index in the wastewater treatment process scheme, which affects the rationality of the design of wastewater treatment process scheme, especially for the non-negligible parameter in the reuse process of reclaimed water, it is very important to control the hardness index of wastewater.
