摘要
核心素养关乎每一个学生的终身发展。班干部是构建团结奋进班集体的重要力量,把班干部的选拔和培养作为素养培育的情境场,是培育学生核心素养不容忽视的最好抓手。因此有效实施班干部选拔、培养策略,通过“用心”设岗位,搭建基于核心素养的实践平台;选拨中“用法”遴选,明晰基于核心素养育人导向;班集工作中“用情”培养,实施基于核心素养的培养策略,能有效提升学生核心素养,帮助学生具备应有的良好品质,成为堪当民族复兴大业的时代新人。
Absrtact: Core literacy refers to the need of students’ lifelong development. Class cadres are an important force in building a united and progressive class collective. Taking the selection and training of class cadres as the context of quality cultivation is the best way to cultivate students’ core quality.To this end, effectively implement the strategy of selecting and cultivating class cadres, set up posts by "heart", and build a practice platform based on core quality;"Usage" selection, clearly based on the core element of nurturing people;"Emotional" training and the implementation of the training strategy based on core quality can effectively improve students’ core quality, help students have the good quality they should have, and lay the foundation for becoming a new person of the era who can be worthy of national rejuvenation.
