摘要
针对分布式能源发电对微网电力交易经济性的影响,提出了一种计及微网发电与电力交易数据的柔性优化控制算法。根据微网发电量和用电量的差值设计了一种柔性电价,并在此基础上结合微网各成本因素,进一步构建以系统运行成本最小化的目标模型。同时,利用柯西变异和高斯变异改进后的鲸鱼优化算法进行模型求解,得到了最优的控制方案。基于Matlab仿真平台对所提算法进行实验测试,其结果表明,系统运行成本平均值未超过3万元,且优于其他对比算法。
Aiming at the impact of distributed energy generation on the economics of microgrid power transactions,this paper proposes a flexible optimization control algorithm that takes into account microgrid power generation and power transaction data. According to the difference between microgrid power generation and electricity consumption,a flexible electricity price is designed,and on this basis,the cost factors of microgrid are combined to construct a target model that minimizes system operating costs,and use Cauchy mutation and Gaussian mutation to improve the subsequent whale optimization algorithm solves the model,and obtains the optimal control scheme. Based on the Matlab simulation platform,the proposed algorithm is tested experimentally. The result shows that the average value of system operation cost is less than 30 000 Yuan,which is better than other comparison algorithms.
