摘要
目的探讨综合护理措施在提升妊娠期糖尿病患者血糖稳定性及改善分娩结局的作用。方法选取妊娠期糖尿病(GDM)患者50例,采用随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,每组25例。对照组采用常规护理措施,观察组采用综合护理措施,比较两组的护理效果。结果护理后,观察组空腹血糖(FPG)、餐后2 h血糖(2h PG)低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组分娩孕周、新生儿Apgar评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组不良妊娠结局发生率低于对照组,且护理满意度更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论综合护理措施可有效控制妊娠期糖尿病患者的血糖水平,减少不良分娩结局的发生。
Objective To explore the effect of comprehensive nursing measures on improving blood glucose stability and delivery outcomes in gestational diabetes mellitus.Methods 50 patients with gestational diabetes mellitus(GDM)were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 25 cases in each group.The control group was given conventional nursing measures,the observation group received comprehensive nursing measures,and the nursing effect of the two groups was compared.Results After nursing,fasting blood glucose(FPG)and 2 h postprandial blood glucose(2h PG)in observation group were lower than those in control group,and the diff erence was statistically signifi cant(P<0.05).Gestational weeks and Apgar scores of neonates in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse pregnancy outcome in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the nursing satisfaction was higher,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive nursing measures can effectively control the blood glucose level of patients with gestational diabetes and reduce the occurrence of adverse delivery outcomes.
