摘要
目的探讨小剂量替勃龙治疗绝经后相关症状的效果。方法选取92例绝经后患者,根据随机数字表法分为对照组与研究组,每组46例。对照组使用标准剂量替勃龙治疗,研究组使用小剂量替勃龙治疗。比较两组的临床疗效、子宫内膜厚度及相关症状改善情况、Kupperman评分变化、血清性激素水平。结果两组治疗总有效率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组治疗6个月的子宫内膜厚度、Kupperman评分、阴道出血率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),而研究组乳房胀痛率明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组治疗6个月的卵泡刺激素(FSH)、促黄体生成素(LH)水平均明显降低,而雌二醇(E_(2))水平明显升高,组间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论小剂量替勃龙治疗绝经后症状效果显著,能有效改善绝经后症状,调整性激素水平,发生阴道出血及乳房胀痛的几率较低,整体疗效及安全性更好。
Objective To evaluate the effect of low-dose tibolone on postmenopausal symptoms.Methods 92 postmenopausal female patients were randomly divided into control group and study group,with 46 cases in each group.The control group was treated with standard dose tibolone,while the study group was treated with low dose tibolone.The clinical efficacy,endometrial thickness and related symptom improvement,changes in Kupperman score and serum sex hormone levels were compared between the two groups.Results There was no signifi cant diff erence in the total eff ective rate between the two groups(P>0.05).There were no signifi cant diff erences in endometrial thickness,Kupperman score and vaginal bleeding rate between the two groups after 6 months of treatment(P>0.05),but the breast tenderness rate of the study group was signifi cantly lower than that of the control group,with statistical signifi cance(P<0.05).After 6 months of treatment,follicle stimulating hormone(FSH)and luteinizing hormone(LH)were signifi cantly decreased in both groups,while estradiol(E_(2))was signifi cantly increased,and there was no statistical signifi cance between groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Low dose tibolone is effective in the treatment of postmenopausal symptoms,which can eff ectively improve postmenopausal symptoms,adjust the level of sex hormones,and reduce the incidence of vaginal bleeding and breast tenderness,with better overall efficacy and safety.
