摘要
目的:观察脑清通汤对肝热血瘀型中风先兆患者低密度脂蛋白(low density lipoprotein-C,LDL-C)、血糖(glucose,GLU)、尿酸(uric acid,UA)、同型半胱氨酸(homocysteine,HCY)水平的影响。方法:选取60例中风先兆患者,采用随机数字表法将其分成脑清通汤组和西药组,每组30例。两组患者均针对基础疾病进行常规治疗。西药组予以阿司匹林肠溶片+氯吡格雷+阿托伐他汀口服,脑清通汤组在西药组基础上予以脑清通汤口服。2周后对比两组疗效及生化指标的变化。结果:脑清通汤组临床总有效率93.33%(28/30),较西药组[66.67%(20/30)]明显升高(P<0.05)。两组治疗前LDL-C、GLU、UA、HCY水平比较无统计学差异(P>0.05),治疗后LDL-C、UA、HCY显著下降(P<0.05);且治疗后脑清通汤组LDL-C、UA、HCY均明显低于西药组(P<0.05);治疗前后两组GLU比较无明显变化(P>0.05)。结论:脑清通汤能有效改善中风先兆患者症状、降低患者LDL-C、GLU、UA、HCY水平,有效减少中风病的发生。
Objective: To observe the influence of Naoqingtong Tang on the levels of LDL-C, GLU, UA,HCY in patients with premonitory apoplexy of hepatic-heat and blood stasis pattern. Methods: Sixty patients were chosen, and divided into Naoqingtong Tang group and Western medicine group by using random number table method, with 30 cases in each group. Both groups accepted conventional therapy targeted at basic disease. Western medicine group took aspirin enteric-coated tablets+clopidogrel hydrogen shlfate tablets+atorvastatin orally,Naoqingtong Tang group took the decoction based on Western medicine. To compare clinical effects and biochemical indexes between two groups after two weeks. Results: Total effective rate of Naoqingtong Tang group was 93.33%(28/30), higher than [66.67%(20/30)] of Western medicine group remarkably(P<0.05). There was no statistical difference in the levels of LDL-C, GLU, UA, HCY between both groups before the treatment(P>0.05),after the treatment, the levels of LDL-C, UA and HCY reduced significantly(P<0.05);and the levels of LDL-C,UA and HCY of Naoqingtong Tang group were lower than these of Western medicine group after the treatment noticeably(P<0.05);no obvious change has been found in the levels of GLU before and after the treatment(P>0.05).Conclusion: Naoqingtong Tang could improve the patients’ symptom, lower the levels of LDL-C, GLU, UA, HCY,and effectively reduce the incidence of apoplexy.
