摘要
通过研究《伤寒杂病论》治咳经方,解析其常用药对,结合辨证论治理论,发现仲景治咳,以开泻太阳表气为先,以恢复肺之开阖为导,善用气药,详于寒而不远热。方中常用药对有:葶苈子-大枣清热泻肺,桔梗-甘草清肺排脓,干姜-五味子温肺祛寒,干姜-细辛温肺化饮,芍药-甘草酸甘缓急,桔梗-贝母化痰清热,厚朴-苦杏仁燥湿除胀,麻黄-苦杏仁宣肺降气,麻黄-石膏清宣肺热,麻黄-射干宣肺利咽,紫菀-款冬花润肺下气,柴胡-黄芩佐金平木。仲景用药,动静润燥,宣降散收,各具特点,对临床治咳有重要意义。
By exploring classical cough formulas recorded in Shang Han Za Bing Lun and analyzing their common medicinal pairs, combined with the theory of syndrome differentiation and treatment, this article found that the treatment for cough from Zhang Zhongjing primarily opens and disperses defensive qi of Taiyang, restore opening and closing of the lung as the guide, appropriately employs qi medicines, and underline the use of cold-property medicines while not shunning heat-property medicines. Common medicinal pairs are as follows: Descurainiae Semenlepidii Semen-Jujubae Fructus: to clear and reduce lung heat;Platycodonis Radix-Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma: to clear lung heat and drain the abscess;Zingiberis Rhizoma-Schisandrae Chinensis Fructus: to warm the lung and dissipate cold;Zingiberis Rhizoma-Asari Radix et Rhizoma: to warm the lung and transform fluid retention;Paeoniae Radix-Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma: to sour sweet and relax tension;Platycodonis Radix and Bulbus Fritillariae Thunbergii: to reduce phlegm and clear heat;Magnoliae Officinalis Cortex-Armeniacae Semen Amarum:to dry dampness and reduce distention;Ephedrae Herba and Armeniacae Semen Amarum: to disperse and descend lung qi;Ephedrae Herba-Fibrosum Gypsum: to clear and disperse the lung heat;Ephedrae Herba-Belamcandae Rhizoma: to disperse the lung and clear the pharynx;Asteris Radix-Farfarae Flos: to moisten the lung and direct qi downward;Bupleuri Radix-Scutellariae Radix: to support metal and suppress wood. Zhongjing’s use of medicines is of great significance to the clinical treatment of cough with features of moving, sedating, dispersing, descending,releasing, and astringing, etc.
