摘要
公众场所人员聚集,一旦发生火灾将会造成严重后果。加强消防监督管理可以降低火灾发生的概率,保障公众聚集场所的安全,因此,利用调查法、文献资料法等方法对公众聚集场所消防监督管理进行了研究与探讨。研究结果表明,公众聚集场所中的火灾隐患相对较多,且消防监督管理体系有待完善。为此,需要通过增强主体消防安全意识、强化行业管理职能、整合消防监督管理力量等手段提升消防监督管理水平。
Once a fire occurs in public gathering places,it will have serious consequences.Strengthening fire supervision and management can reduce the probability of fire and ensure the safety of public gathering places.Therefore,the fire supervision and management of public gathering places are studied and discussed by means of investigation method and literature method.The research results show that there are relatively many fire hazards in public gathering places,and the fire protection supervision and management system needs to be improved.To this end,it is necessary to enhance the level of fire supervision and management by enhancing the main body's fire safety awareness,strengthening industry management functions,and integrating fire supervision and management forces.
