摘要
消防救援人员在灭火救援中常常会面临很多危险情况,如爆炸、中毒、触电、倒塌、埋压、坠落、轰燃等,这些危险不但会影响灭火救援工作的开展,而且会对消防救援人员的人身安全造成威胁。如何在顺利完成灭火救援任务的同时,最大限度减少或者避免消防救援人员伤亡成了灭火救援行动中的重要问题。结合近期灭火救援行动中消防救援人员伤亡案例,探讨当前灭火救援行动中造成消防救援人员伤亡事故的主要原因,并结合原因提出消防救援人员伤亡事故预防对策。
Fire rescue personnel often face many dangerous situations in fire fighting and rescue,such as explosion,poisoning,electric shock,collapse,buried pressure,fall,and bombardment.These dangers will not only affect the development of fire fighting and rescue work,but also pose a threat to the safety of fire rescue personnel.How to minimize or avoid the casualties of fire rescue personnel while successfully completing the fire fighting and rescue task has become an important issue in fire fighting and rescue operations.Combined with the casualties of fire rescue personnel in recent fire fighting and rescue operations,the paper discusses the main reasons for the casualties of fire rescue personnel in the current fire fighting and rescue operations.And preventive measures for fire rescue personnel casualties are put forward.
