摘要
农村电商高质量发展是实现乡村振兴、破解城乡二元结构的重要助推器。广西农村电商的发展能够促进广西农民收入和农村消费的双提升。基于区域经济发展辐射理论视角,从发展基础、发展规模、发展模式等方面总结广西农村电商高质量发展取得的主要成效,针对广西农村电商高质量发展中面临的困境,从基础设施、优惠政策、产业体系、人才支撑四个方面有效推动广西农村电商高质量发展。
High-quality development of rural e-commerce is an important booster to realize rural revitalization and break the urban-rural dual structure. The development of Guangxi rural e-commerce can promote the double improvement of Guangxi farmers’ income and rural consumption. Based on the radiation theory of regional economic development, the study summarizes the main achievements of high quality development of rural e-commerce from the aspects of development basis, development scale and development mode;analyzes the difficulties faced by high quality development of rural e-commerce in Guangxi;and puts forward the effectively promote the high quality development of rural e-commerce in Guangxi from four aspects: infrastructure, preferential policies, industrial system and talent support.
