摘要
研究了快硬UHPC与钢筋的握裹强度、与普通混凝土的粘结强度,选择C40普通混凝土作为对照组进行对比。结果表明:对照组的28 d握裹强度为5.08 MPa,破坏在混凝土基材;快硬UHPC的3 h、3 d、28 d握裹强度分别为6.44、16.98、20.07 MPa,破坏在粘结界面或钢筋。对照组的28 d粘结强度为2.36 MPa,破坏在新老界面;快硬UHPC与C40的3 h、3 d、28 d粘结强度分别为2.76、3.57、3.39 MPa。快硬UHPC的3 h握裹强度及粘结强度均明显优于普通混凝土28 d龄期时的性能;3 d和28 d龄期则远高于普通混凝土。快硬UHPC作为湿接缝材料具有良好的安全性能。
This topic mainly studies the grasping strength between quick-hardening UHPC and reinforcing bars,the bonding strength with ordinary concrete,and C40 ordinary concrete is selected as the control group.The test results showed that the grasping strength of the control group was 5.08 MPa at 28 d,which was destroyed in the concrete substrate;compared with the control group,the 3 h,3 d and 28 d grasping strength of quick-hardening UHPC were 6.44,16.98,20.07 MPa respectively,and it was destroyed at the bonding interface or reinforcing bars.In terms of bonding strength,the 28 d test result of the control group was 2.36MPa,which was broken at the new-old interface,the bonding strength of quick-hardening UHPC and C40 in 3 h,3 d and 28 d were 2.76,3.57,3.39 MPa respectively.The 3 h grasping strength and bonding strength of quick-hardening UHPC are obviously su-perior to ordinary concrete at 28 d,3 d and 28 d performance index of quick-hardening UHPC are much more higher than ordinary concrete.Therefore,as a wet joint material,quick-hardening UHPC has good safety performance.
