基于云边协同的变电站倒闸操作平台设计与实现 被引量:9

摘要 随着智能电网技术的快速发展,变电站综合自动化技术取得了显著的提高。但监控与运维自动操作功能尚不完善,倒闸操作大多依赖于传统的人工逐项依次操作的方式,倒闸效率低下,已远远不能适应电力系统的发展需求。该文基于调控云平台利用云边协同技术实现调令、操作票、预演、操作全流程一体化在线协同管控,提高变电站倒闸操作效率与准确性。首先依据变电站倒闸操作过程中云防误中心与防误子站、移动终端的业务角色确立了云端和边缘侧,然后基于倒闸操作全流程设计了云边交互、云边协同机制,形成了状态全感知、防误全过程、操作全在线、业务全协同”倒闸防误操作平台,并引入信誉机制提高边缘节点的防误可信度,通过实验对云–边模型性能评估、系统可扩展性、防误准确性等方面进行了验证分析,结果表明所设计的云边协同倒闸防误操作平台在在提升倒闸操作效率和准确性方面具有一定的优势。 With the rapid development of smart grid technology, the integrated automation technology of substations has achieved significant improvement. However,the automatic operation functions of monitoring, operating and maintaining are not perfect. For example, the switching operation depends mostly on the traditional manual operation with one step after another, which is inefficient and far from meeting the development needs of the power system. Based on the dispatching and control cloud platform, the cloud-edge coordination cooperation technology is used to realize the integrated online management and control in the whole process of delivering the dispatching order, getting the operation ticket, rehearsing and operating, which improves the efficiency and accuracy of the substation switching operation.Firstly, the cloud and the edge sides are determined based on the business roles of the cloud center, the workstations of the anti-misoperation, and the mobile APPs during the substation switching operation. Then, based on the whole process of the switching operation, the mechanisms of cloud-edge interaction and cloud-edge cooperation are designed to form a switching anti-misoperation platform with the "full perception of the running status, full process of the anti-misoperation, full online of the operation and full cooperation of the business" operation.The reputation mechanism is introduced to improve the anti-misoperation accuracy of the edge nodes. Finally, through experiments, the performance evaluation, system scalability and anti-misoperation accuracy of the cloud-edge model are verified and analyzed. The results show that the anti-misoperation platform designed in this paper has a certain advantages in improving the switching operation efficiency and accuracy.
