摘要
当前,全球面临着严重的资源短缺以及环境污染问题,为应对环境和气候变化,新能源汽车成为汽车行业主要发展趋势。但是新能源汽车自燃事故时有发生,严重影响了新能源汽车行业发展。锂离子电池是系能源汽车的主要电力来源,电池安全性对于新能源汽车发展具有直接影响。其中新能源电池热失控气体是导致汽车发生自燃的主要可燃物,严重影响到新能源汽车行业的发展。本次首先针对新能源电池热控问题分析,以此认识到新能源电池热失控主要原因,基于此基础上探讨新能源汽车动力电池热失控环境下的相关数据,进而认识新能源汽车动力电池热失控影响作用,并提出相应的新能源汽车动力电池热失控预防对策,总结新能源电池安全发展方向,以此为未来新能源电池安全发展提供相关参考建议。
At present,the world is facing a serious shortage of resources and environmental pollution.In response to environmental and climate change,new energy vehicles have become the main development trend of the automotive industry.However,spontaneous combustion accidents of new energy vehicles occur from time to time,seriously affecting the development of the new energy vehicle industry.Lithium ion battery is the main power source of energy vehicles,and battery safety has a direct impact on the development of new energy vehicles.The thermal runaway gas of new energy battery is the main combustible that causes auto spontaneous combustion,which seriously affects the development of new energy vehicle industry.This time,we will first analyze the thermal control problems of new energy batteries,so as to recognize the main causes of thermal runaway of new energy batteries.Based on this,we will discuss the relevant data under the thermal runaway environment of new energy vehicle power batteries,further understand the impact of thermal runaway of new energy vehicle power batteries,propose corresponding preventive measures against thermal runaway of new energy vehicle power batteries,and summarize the safe development direction of new energy batteries,This will provide relevant reference suggestions for the future development of new energy battery security.
