摘要
文章基于价值网络嵌入视角,以沪深两市制造业上市企业为研究对象,分析了制造业企业绿色供应链管理直接和间接同群效应的产生动因,实证检验了直接和间接同群效应的模仿路径及异质性。结果发现:目标企业倾向于跟随行业内绿色供应链管理绩优企业而触发结果模仿路径下的直接同群效应,在频率模仿及特征模仿路径下则表现出显著的“反同群效应”;绿色供应链管理同群效应会通过提升供应商所在行业竞争程度而间接促进目标企业绿色供应链管理绩效的提升,即存在以行业竞争程度为中介的间接同群效应;进一步研究表明,在结果模仿路径下,高融资约束企业、高高管薪酬企业以及大型企业更易受到同群效应影响。
Based on the perspective of value network embeddedness,this paper takes listed manufacturing enterprises in Shanghai and Shenzhen stock markets as the research object,analyzes the causes of direct and indirect peer effect of green supply chain management of manufacturing enterprises,and empirically tests the imitation path and heterogeneity of direct and indirect peer effect.The results show that the target enterprises tend to follow the excellent enterprises in green supply chain management in the industry and trigger the direct peer effect under the result imitation path,and show significant“anti-peer effect”under the frequency imitation and characteristic imitation path;the peer effect of green supply chain management will indirectly promote the improvement of green supply chain management performance of target enterprises by improving the level of competition in the industry of suppliers,that is,there is an indirect peer effect mediated by the level of competition in the industry;the further research shows that under the result imitation path,enterprises with high financing constraints,enterprises with high executive compensation,and large enterprises are more vulnerable to the peer effect.
