摘要
目的:探讨Ki-67、Bcl-6、Bcl-2及TEFM在弥漫大B细胞淋巴瘤(DLBCL)中的表达及其与患者临床特征和预后的关系。方法:选取DLBCL组织样本41例和反应性增生淋巴组织样本42例,比较不同组织中Ki-67、Bcl-6、Bcl-2及TEFM的表达情况;分析Ki-67、Bcl-6、Bcl-2和TEFM蛋白表达水平与DLBCL临床病理的相关性,筛选DLBCL患者预后影响因素。结果:DLBCL组织中Ki-67、Bcl-2和Bcl-6表达水平明显高于非生发中心部位反应性增生淋巴组织,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);Ki-67及TEFM蛋白表达水平与原发部位相关(P<0.05);DLBCL患者3年生存率与患者年龄相关,年龄≥60岁的患者3年生存率仅为28.57%。结论:Ki-67、Bcl-6、Bcl-2在DLBCL组织中高表达,TEFM与Ki-67、Bcl-6、Bcl-2在DLBCL进展过程中可能具有协同作用,Ki-67、Bcl-6、Bcl-2可作为DLBCL预后不良的重要指标。
Objective:To explore the expression of Ki-67,Bcl-6,Bcl-2 and TEFM in diffuse large B cell lymphoma(DLBCL) and their relationship with the clinical characteristics and prognosis of patients.Methods:The expressions of Ki-67,Bcl-6,Bcl-2and TEFM in 41 cases of DLBCL tissues and 42 cases of reactive proliferative lymphoid tissues were compared.The correlation between the expression levels of Ki-67,Bcl-6,Bcl-2 and TEFM and the clinicopathology of DLBCL was analyzed,and the prognostic factor of DLBCL patients were screened.Results:The expression level of Ki-67,Bcl-2 and Bcl-6 in DLBCL tissue were significantly higher than those in non-germinal central reactive proliferative lymphoid tissue,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Ki-67 and TEFM protein expression levels were correlated with the primary site(P<0.05).The 3-year survival rate of DLBCL patients was related to the age of patients,and the 3-year survival rate of patients aged≥60 years was only 28.57%.Conclusion:Ki-67,Bcl-6 and Bcl-2 are highly expressed in DLBCL tissues.TEFM may have a synergistic effect on Ki-67,Bcl-6and Bcl-2 in the progress of DLBCL.Ki-67,Bcl-6 and Bcl-2 can be used as important indicators of poor prognosis of DLBCL.
