城市更新背景下昆山全要素城镇地质调查工作探索

摘要 随着城镇化率的不断提升、三线三区的划定,更多城市将进入存量发展甚至是减量发展阶段,城市更新将成为未来发展的主要方式。先导性地质调查工作也应从服务城镇规划建设逐渐向精准支撑城市更新、城市安全和国土空间生态修复方向转变。从市域、片区、单元多尺度,城乡空间、农业空间和生态空间多维度开展地质调查将更为重要。文章在梳理昆山城镇发展和管理需求基础上,综合已有工作基础,探索城市更新背景下地质调查工作思路与路径,充分发挥多尺度全要素地质调查监测工作在城市更新、空间治理和自然资源管理中的重要作用。 With the continuously rising of the urbanization rate and the demarcation of three lines and three districts,more and more cities will enter the stage of stock development or even reduction development.Urban renewal will be the main mode of development in the future.Geological survey,which plays a leading role,should gradually shift from serving urban planning and construction to accurately supporting urban renewal,urban security and ecological restoration of territorial space.Carrying out geological surveys from the multiscale of city,area and block,urban and rural space,agricultural space and ecological space will be a new trend.On the basis of sorting out the needs of urban development and management in Kunshan,this work integrated the existing work basis,explored the ideas and paths of geological survey under the background of urban renewal,and gave full play to the important role of multiscale allfactor geological survey monitoring in urban renewal,spatial governance and natural resources management.
