摘要
青年科技人才是科技事业发展的主力军,如何提高青年科技人才集聚度是苏州加快推动建设具有全球影响力产业科技创新高地的一项重要研究课题。文章通过研究长三角地区上海、杭州、深圳、南京等地“抢人大战”的先进经验和人才培养的成功案例,分析苏州青年科技人才引进和培养的现状,进一步结合“沪苏同城化”进程,深度探索人才引进和培养机制的特色优势。针对苏州青年科技人才引进和培养机制不完善的问题,提出建议和意见,为苏州市制定苏州特色的青年科技人才引进与培养机制提供理论支撑,助力苏州成为科技人才聚集的“强磁场”。
Young scientific and technological talents are the main force in the development of scientific and technological undertakings. How to improve the concentration of young scientific and technological talents is an important research topic for Suzhou to accelerate the construction of a globally influential industrial scientific and technological innovation highland. By studying the advanced experience and successful cases of talent training in Shanghai, Hangzhou, Shenzhen, Nanjing and other places in the Yangtze River Delta region, the article analyzes the current situation of the introduction and training of young scientific and technological talents in Suzhou, and further explores the characteristics and advantages of the talent introduction and training mechanism in depth in combination with the process of “urbanization of Shanghai and Suzhou”. In view of the problem that the introduction and training mechanism of young scientific and technological talents in Suzhou is not perfect, suggestions and opinions are put forward to provide theoretical support for Suzhou to formulate the introduction and training mechanism of young scientific and technological talents with Suzhou characteristics, and help Suzhou become a “strong magnetic field” for the gathering of scientific and technological talents.
