摘要
在高水头水泵水轮机中,泵工况运行下的驼峰特性会导致机组强烈振动甚至跳机,严重威胁机组的安全稳定运行,是水泵水轮机中的水力不稳定现象之一。驼峰特性主要是由转轮与固定导叶之间的旋转失速引发的。本文主要从驼峰特性的机理研究,旋转失速的研究,驼峰特性的试验和数值模拟研究以及驼峰特性的迟滞效应几个方面介绍和讨论了国内外研究者对这一现象的研究,为以后对驼峰特性的深入研究以及减小驼峰特性对机组运行的影响作基础。
In high head water pump turbines,the hump characteristic under pump operating conditions can lead to strong vibration or even jumping of the unit,which seriously threatens the safe and stable operation of the unit and is one of the hydraulic instability phenomena in water pump turbines.The hump characteristic is mainly caused by the rotational stall between the runner and the fixed guide vane.This paper introduces and discusses the research on this phenomenon from several aspects,including the mechanism of hump characteristic,the study of rotational stall,the experimental and numerical simulation study of hump characteristic,and the hysteresis effect of hump characteristic,so as to provide a basis for the future in-depth study of hump characteristic and reduce the influence of hump characteristic on the operation of the unit.
