摘要
在高质量发展中促进共同富裕是党中央立足两个百年奋斗目标,基于新时代、新征程中国共产党的使命任务,适应我国社会主要矛盾的变化,更好满足人民日益增长的美好生活需要作出的重大战略部署,对于进一步坚定全国各族人民对中国特色社会主义的信念、凝聚全党全社会的智慧和力量、全面建成社会主义现代化强国具有重要意义。内蒙古作为欠发达地区,要在深刻理解共同富裕的丰富内涵中把握好千载难逢的重大历史机遇,直面经济体量不大、发展质量不高、城乡居民收入较低、基本公共服务不足和城乡区域发展不平衡等诸多挑战和困难,充分发挥资源富集、地广人稀、优势特色产业基础雄厚、战略性新兴产业和文化旅游业发展潜力巨大等比较优势,积极探索做大做好“蛋糕”、切好分好“蛋糕”的有效路径,在以生态优先、绿色发展为导向的高质量发展中扎实推进共同富裕。
Promoting common prosperity in high-quality development is a major strategic deployment made by the CPC Central Committee based on the two centennial goals,the mission of the CPC in the new era and the new journey,adapting to the changes in China's major social contradictions,and better meeting the people's growing needs for a better life.It is of great significance to further strengthen the belief of the people of all ethnic groups in socialism with Chinese characteristics,further pool the wisdom and strength of the whole party and society,and build a socialist modern power in an all-round way.As an underdeveloped area,Inner Mongolia must grasp the once-in-a-lifetime major historical opportunity in a deep understanding of the rich connotation of common prosperity,and face the small size of the economy,the low quality of development,the low income of urban and rural residents,the lack of basic public services,unbalanced development of urban and rural areas and many other challenges and difficulties,give full play to the comparative advantages of abundant resources,vast land and sparse population,strong foundation of advantageous and characteristic industries,strategic emerging industries and huge development potential of cultural tourism,etc.Actively explore the effective ways to make the cake bigger and better,and to cut and divide the cake well,solidly promote common prosperity in the high-quality development oriented by ecological priority and green development.
