摘要
目的 通过便携式肺功能仪对郑州市文化路社区40岁以上人群肺通气功能情况进行筛查,探讨便携式肺功能仪在社区的应用及意义。方法 2021年9月至2022年9月,使用便携式肺功能仪对文化路社区40岁以上的842名居民行肺通气功能检查,判读肺通气功能报告,对不同年龄组、性别等居民的肺功能异常检出率进行统计分析。结果 肺通气功能异常总检出率为38.48%,男性检出率高于女性(P<0.05)。男性以40~49岁组检出率最高,女性以60~69岁组检出率最高,男、女均以50~59岁组检出率最低。50~59岁组、≥70岁组男性肺通气功能异常检出率均高于女性,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。小气道功能障碍总检出率为61.05%,男性40~49岁组、≥70岁组检出率均高于女性(P<0.05),女性60~69岁组检出率高于男性(P<0.05)。结论 郑州市文化路社区40岁以上人群肺通气功能、小气道障碍检出率较高,便携式肺功能仪可应用于社区肺功能筛查。
Objective The pulmonary ventilation function of people over 40 years old in Wenhua Road Community in Zhengzhou was screened by portable pulmonary function instrument to explore the application and significance of portable pulmonary function instrument in the community.Methods From September 2021 to September 2022, 842 residents over 40 years of age in Wenhua Road Community were examined for pulmonary ventilation function by portable pulmonary function instrument, and the pulmonary ventilation function report was interpreted, and the detection rate of abnormal pulmonary function in different age groups, gender, and were statistically analyzed.Results The total detection rate of abnormal pulmonary ventilation was 38.48%, and the detection rate of male was higher than that of female(P<0.05). The detection rate is the highest in the 40-49 years old group for males, the highest in the 60-69 years old group for females, and the lowest in the 50-59 years old group for both males and females. The detection rate of abnormal pulmonary ventilation function in men aged 50-59 and ≥70 was higher than that in women(P<0.05). The total detection rate of small airway dysfunction was 61.05%. The detection rate of male 40-49 years old group and ≥70 years old group was higher than that of female(P<0.05), and the detection rate of female 60-69 years old group was higher than that of male(P<0.05).Conclusion The detection rate of pulmonary ventilatory function and small airway obstruction is high among people over 40 years old in Wenhua Road Community in Zhengzhou. Portable pulmonary function instrument can be used in community pulmonary function screening.
