摘要
目的:探讨腹腔恒温循环热灌注化疗(CTHPPC)对胃癌腹腔转移的疗效及对血常规和癌胚抗原(CEA)水平的影响。方法:选取2019年12月—2021年12月胃癌腹腔转移患者48例,按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组24例。对照组应用常规腹腔灌注化疗治疗,观察组应用CTHPPC治疗。观察两组患者的疾病控制率;对比两组治疗前后患者的血常规、癌胚抗原(CEA)、糖类抗原(CA)72-4、CA19-9。结果:疾病控制率对照组为54.17%,观察组为83.33%,两组比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组患者血小板、血红蛋白、白细胞比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组血小板、血红蛋白、白细胞水平高于对照组,CEA,CA72-4及CA19-9低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:CTHPPC治疗胃癌腹腔转移疗效确切,可明显改善患者的血常规及肿瘤标志物水平。
Objective: To investigate the effect of intraperitoneal thermostatic perfusion chemotherapy(CTHPPC) on peritoneal metastasis of gastric cancer and the influence of blood routine and cancer blank antigen(CEA) level.Methods: A total of 48 patients with gastric cancer 2021 from December 2019 to December 2019 were randomly divided into observation group and control group with 24 patients in each group.The control group underwent conventional intraperitoneal perfusion chemotherapy, and the experience group received CTHPPC.The disease control rate of the two groups was observed, and the blood routine indexes, carcinoembryonic antigen(CEA),sugar antigen(CA72-4),and sugar antigen(CA19-9) of the two groups were compared before and after the application.Results: The disease control rate was 54.17% in the control group and 83.33% in the observation group.There was a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Before treatment, there was no significant difference in platelet, hemoglobin and WBC between the two groups(P>0.05),the platelet, hemoglobin and leucocyte level were higher than the control group, and CEA,CA72-4 and CA19-9 were lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion: The curative effect of CTHPPC in gastric cancer abdominal metastasis is accurate, which can significantly improve the conventional blood index and the level of tumor markers in patients.
